In light of the recent MTV Movie Awards, let us all take a minute to reflect on the fashion that took place on the red carpet. I was honestly more excited to see what the celebs wore than to find out who the winners were.
Emma Stone seemed to be one of the favorites of the night. She showcased a multi-toned, sheer lace dress from the Bottega Veneta Fall 2011 Collection and topped it off with a Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Satin Clutch in orange, which retails at around $2,000. De-lish! She was among the best dressed stars of the night, thanks to the head-to-toe Veneta.

Red carpet-worthy clutches are a must, specially for A-listers who regularly attend events and award nights. I was fascinated as soon as I saw this evening clutch on Nicole Kidman and was surprised to find out that it was Bottega Veneta.

So why is everyone fussing over this seemingly simple woven bag, you ask? Well first off, its construction alone is undeniably outstanding. It takes two full days for skilled craftsmen to weave the leather and another whole day to add the handles and stitching details. And this is all done by hand. Whoa, talk about hard labor!
